About Us

Mr. Ismaili is the founder and managing director of IMMANO. He worked for various banks in the real estate financing sector for 10 years. Most recently he served as deputy. Worked as a branch manager. Mr. Ismaili has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in banking & finance (FHNW) and further training as an insurance broker (VBV).

Mr. Fringeli is the founder and managing director of IMMANO. After training as a bank clerk at a Swiss regional bank, he was able to gain many years of practical experience in the mortgage sector at various Swiss banks. Mr. Fringeli is qualified. Bank economist HF from the AKAD Banking & Finance School Zurich.

Mr. Baumgartner is Head of Customer Service at IMMANO. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and is a trained banker. Thanks to his valuable experience in real estate management, he understands the concerns of our customers and provides them with excellent service.

Sereina Bianchi is a Customer Service Representative at IMMANO. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) in Special Needs Education. Thanks to her expertise in property management and her enthusiasm for working with people, she understands the needs of our clients and makes a significant contribution to their satisfaction.
