With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance, FHNW) and additional training as an insurance broker (VBV), he combines deep expertise with entrepreneurial drive. Tobias Fringeli is the founder and managing director of IMMANO. After completing his apprenticeship as a certified banking specialist (EFZ) at a Swiss regional bank, he gained many years of practical experience in the mortgage sector at various Swiss banks. Mr. Fringeli is a certified Banking Economist (HF) from the AKAD Banking & Finance School in Zurich.

Mike Baumgartner is a mortgage expert at IMMANO. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and is a certified banking specialist. Thanks to his additional valuable experience at a regional real estate management company, he understands the needs of our clients and provides them with optimal support.

With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Vladyslav Akymenko works as a specialist for homeownership and pension solutions at Zurich, Generalagentur Rentsch & Federer AG. In cooperation with IMMANO AG, he supports homeowners in optimally protecting both their property and themselves – from building and household insurance to tailored pension and retirement solutions. He serves as a dedicated point of contact to ensure you are well protected and that no important risks are overlooked.

Nexhip Basha is a Sales Assistant at IMMANO and supports the team in customer service and back office operations. He is the first point of contact for new enquiries, handles initial client interactions and ensures that requests are structured and followed up efficiently. With his commercial education, friendly manner and highly reliable working style, he keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and supports the team where it has the greatest impact.

Elia Dreher is a commercial intern at IMMANO, supporting the team in daily operations. His responsibilities include administrative tasks, client-related activities, and organizational support within mortgage and real estate mandates. He assists with preparatory work, maintains data and documentation, and supports internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Through his work, Elia helps ensure that client inquiries and internal procedures are handled in a structured and reliable manner.
