Gazmend Ismaili brings more than a decade of experience in mortgages and real estate. After 10 years at various banks – most recently as deputy branch manager – he founded IMMANO to provide buyers and sellers with independent, transparent, and fair advice. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance, FHNW) and additional training as an insurance broker (VBV), he combines deep expertise with entrepreneurial drive. His commitment: to find the best solution for every client. Whether in financing or in selling a property.
Tobias Fringeli is the founder and managing director of IMMANO. After completing his apprenticeship as a certified banking specialist (EFZ) at a Swiss regional bank, he gained many years of practical experience in the mortgage sector at various Swiss banks. Mr. Fringeli is a certified Banking Economist (HF) from the AKAD Banking & Finance School in Zurich.
